Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Claude Code Toolkit, sold and operated by Barrington Capital Group Pty Ltd (ABN 80 676 839 473), an Australian company.

What You're Buying

A one-time purchase of a perpetual, non-transferable license to use Claude Code Toolkit on your personal machine. The license is tied to one user and activated via a license key.

License Scope

• One license per user.
• You may use the software on any machine you personally operate.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

Updates

Your license includes all updates to the current major version. Future major versions may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee, at our discretion.

Refunds

All sales are final. Claude Code Toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only issued for genuine product faults as required by Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for details.

The Software

Claude Code Toolkit is a macOS desktop application. It runs locally on your machine. It does not collect telemetry or transmit personal data. The only network call is license key validation during activation.

Availability

We aim to keep the license validation endpoint available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The software is designed to work offline after initial activation.

Limitation of Liability

Claude Code Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barrington Capital Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
