Claude Code Toolkit is built and sold by Barrington Capital Group Pty Ltd (ABN 80 676 839 473), an Australian company. This policy covers what data we collect and how we handle it.

The Short Version

We collect almost nothing. The app has zero telemetry. Everything stays on your machine. The only data we hold is what's needed to process your purchase and validate your license.

What We Collect

At Purchase (via Stripe)

  • Email address
  • Payment details (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)
  • Stripe payment and customer IDs

At License Activation

  • Your license key
  • Your machine's hostname (for activation records)

During Normal Use

  • Nothing. Zero telemetry. No analytics. No crash reports. No phone-home.

How We Use Your Data

  • Email: To send your license key and for purchase-related communication only. We won't add you to a marketing list without your consent.
  • Payment info: Processed by Stripe to complete your purchase. We store the Stripe payment ID for refund processing.
  • License key + hostname: To validate your license during activation.

Where Your Data Lives

  • Stripe: Payment data (governed by Stripe's privacy policy)
  • Supabase: License records (email, key, activation data) hosted in a secure database
  • Your machine: All app data, boards, notes, screenshots, and settings. Never leaves your computer.

Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email (license key delivery)
  • Supabase — license key storage and validation

We don't use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or data brokers.

Data Retention

We retain license and purchase records for as long as your license is active, plus any period required by Australian tax law. If you request deletion, we'll remove your data within 30 days (excluding records required for legal compliance).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@claudecodetoolkit.com.
